Encouraging Fitness Areas

With our new gym locations in Oakville, Mississauga, and Brampton, we’ve managed to have accessible gyms for Students on all campuses. With Sheridan’s’ student population increasing PSB Fitness wanted to create a space where all students are welcomed and could learn from one another. As a result, our locations incorporated a very spacious design and layout that will enables all members to workout out safely and comfortably in a timely manner. In addition, PSB Fitness offers a wide variety of gym accessories such as Resistance bands, TRX equipment, and much more. Encouraging fitness areas are ideal to host any of our group fitness classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, and much more. As the Semesters continue, more students enjoy being able to participate in workouts throughout the day due to their busy lifestyles, especially during exam season.
