Zara Farooqi was named Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer in 2019. Entering her tenth season with the PSB, she is responsible for leading overall human resources strategy for the PSB. Zara started her career with a reputable company as a recruiter and trainer, and since then, she has worked in a range of sectors, including manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, publishing, and software. She has worked for businesses of all sizes, including Fortune 10 and a software start-up where she created the HR division from scratch. Zara is a human resources professional with a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology.

In 2016, Tyler Brown co-founded the “PSB Talent Feedback Platform.” By leveraging feedback to optimize candidate and employee experiences for all talent-facing initiatives, he works with employers to offer better candidate and employee experiences. Tyler has extensive expertise running talent management and recruiting technology businesses.
