This is my every day life since I am a student balling on a budget; But I am excited to share I stumbled across JJQ’s drink specials Clarkson Mississauga combined with their atmosphere make this place phenomenal!

JJQ’s is the best place in Clarkson Mississauga to get some cheap drinks with their “Thirsty Thursday” 5-dollar draft beer special. Thursday is not a popular evening for social outings, but with these cheap drink specials, it quickly became my new Friday night. JJQ’s has a fantastic atmosphere with music and games located all around the pub. This hidden gem is located on Dundas street by Winston Churchill in Clarkson Mississauga. I discovered this pub while looking for a cheap place near by to drink and play pool in a social environment with my friends.
Everybody is “Balling on a Budget” these days. Treat yourself on Thirsty Thursday for some drink specials in Clarkson Mississauga, and good social times. 5-dollar draft beer includes Heineken, Canadian, Coors Banquet and Budweiser; Usually those brands are far from considered cheap but with JJQ’s Thirsty Thursday promotion favourite brands are affordable. Not only are the drinks on special on Thirsty Thursdays, at certain times, the food is discounted as well! Wings specials are available and a ton of sociable sharing plates.
Innovative:
Pubs in the past used to be viewed as expensive and sit down orientated; But JJQ’s has tons of activities such as pool, darts and ping pong tables for you to get up, move around, socialize and have fun while checking out their drink specials and food menu. JJQ’s offers a modern bar, big screen TV’s to watch live sporting events, lunch special and dinner specials. On certain evenings in addition, there are raffles for prices and 50/50 draws. Other Events:
JJQ’s offers live music to create an amazing atmosphere on Tuesdays and Saturdays. John Bayuk is our music technician who searching through local music to promote local talent. Tuesdays is scheduled for local rock/ jazz bands that are booked by our music technician. Whereas Saturdays we have a rotation of different DJ that play top 40 music and hip hop. Customer can requests certain songs directly to the DJ who usually accepts them but may refuse. These are great additions for a billiards bar, but Thirsty Thursday is my favourite night of the week with their cheap drink special of 5-dollar drafts.
