Healthy balance and stress relieved lifestyle are important to a healthy lifestyle. Even though when we are not actually eating, thinking about food plays a key role in our everyday life as an average person thinks about food 200 times a day.

From the need to survive and social and cultural activity food is becoming a potential consequence for ill health as it is becoming more processed and highly caloric.

High chloric diet has a  direct consequence on the way we choose to use that energy (food) by working out or doing a different set of exercises.

Healthy food would support successful sessions and unhealthy food would result in not so effective sessions.

Healthy Intake

With the help of PSB fitness’s launch we want to introduce a set of health and fitness meals that can be routined from breakfast to dinner and keep the dietary intake in check.

The plans are available for the members who are currently on diet and want to discover other options and for the member who want to start a healthy diet.

The dietary plans are for everyone of all ages and for people outside Sheridan too but the staff and students at Sheridan enjoy a perk of 20 percent off when they use their Onecard for the transactions.

Only a nutritious meal would aid someone to achieve their health goals because even small inconsistencies with diet would ruin the cycle for 24 hours which in turn would ruin the schedule of the week.

With exercises and workout it is essential to keep an eye on your daily intake.

 

 

Progressive Exercise

Here at the Hazel McCallion Campus in Mississauga and Davis Campus in Brampton while PSB fitness is launching a meal plan it is also launching a fitness facility that can be attained by the staff, students and member of the community.

We are planning to start the healthy meal plan and get the gyms going hand in hand so the member can intake and outtake the energy in the healthiest manner.

It is not just important to eat healthy but keeping a consistent exercise routine which fits your body type is equally important.

Therefore PSB’s plan is to provide a full package and make it a one stop shop for the all the requirements and needs for living a healthy lifestyle.

The facilities would engage a decent number of members at a time and with the full processions of the current Covid-19.

The facilities would be open with school hours and can be used by member with the membership card at any time keeping in mind the different various of schedules and routines.

 

Complete Package

The full package plan sounds a great deal as the customers will not just be getting an area for workout but also the pre work and the post work meals which are equally important.

This will provide them with a solid and consistent routine to work with and set future oriented goals for their health plans. This can be keep in checked by the mobile friendly app that the members can download, follow Facebook posts online and subscribe to get regular emails.

Monday – Friday  6:00am –  10:00pm

Saturday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Sunday: 8:00am – 5:00 pm
