PSB Fitness offers exceptional customer service, in other words we want to help members achieve their goals. In addition to having a location in Mississauga, and Brampton we look to achieve positive performance and a healthy lifestyle for our members. We have two locations for students to access and choose from, the first location is in Mississauga known as the HMC campus. The second location is located in Brampton at the Davis campus.

Our online workouts allow members to record their workouts this is to watch their form and positioning to ensure no injuries occur and maximum results are achieved over time through constancy and learning the process.

In Addition, we are a small community of students and trainers looking to create and build long lasting relationships.

Firstly, some members tend to have poor performance posture when doing certain exercises. Ensure that you watch your form in a mirror, or recording to correct it. In fact, here at PSB fitness our employees will gladly help you with performance posture, or any new exercises you’re looking to tryout.

You can book virtual sessions with our online schedules option picking the time that best fits your schedule for the day so you can have 1 on 1 training session with one of our representatives.
