  1. Timesaving – The majority of our workouts are structured to range from only 10 to 60 minutes at a maximum. We understand that you have a lot on your plate, so we want to help you train as much as possible in the little free time that you have available.
  2. Functional – Each of the movements that we incorporated in our workouts mimics the actions and motions that you make on a regular basis, such as opening doors or lifting boxes. Our goal here is to help you train your body to better perform the movements that you use for everyday life.
  3. Intensive – Although short in time, all of our workouts are highly intensive in that they will target multiple core muscles in your body with a high afterburn – ensuring that you’re getting an effective workout with evident results.
  4. Diverse – Each of our workouts and exercises is tailored to help you achieve different health goals. For instance, endurance training to improve your stamina, or static exercises to boost your flexibility, etc.

Our Core Courses

One of our main programs is HIIT workouts – which is High-Intensity Interval Training. HIIT is one of the top fitness trends in 2020 due to its efficiency and health effects. The workout incorporates short bursts of intense physical activities paired with recovery periods in between. HIIT can help you charge your body and burn fat in a short amount of time.

In addition to HIIT, we are also offering other time-efficient workouts and courses such as kickboxing and yoga at both Brampton and Mississauga.
